HR Generalist

We’re looking for a HR Generalist who will:

• Build and execute our end to end recruitment process 
• Work with upper management to enforce work culture, and create an employer branding plan
• Build an inclusive environment within the company
• Create career paths, feedback and raise structure and process
• Co-manage, and support our employees’ career and experience growth
• Support the process of turning Draw Distance into a global studio
• Partake in career and industry events
• Monitor employee satisfaction using tools (i.e. surveys)
• Propose and organize company events

If you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience working on HR position and performing end to end recruitment processes
• Want to take part in building a healthy working environment
• Want to take part in developing a speedily-growing company
• Know the ins and outs of the Polish labor and employment laws
• Are familiar with ATS
• Have previous experience in HR position (preferably IT/gaming)
• Speak fluent English
